Account and use
You must sign in with a Tutu account or a local account before posting. You are responsible for activity under your account and should keep your login credentials safe.
Content you post
You are responsible for the content you post and warrant that you hold the corresponding rights. You retain ownership of your content while granting TutuFF the license necessary to display and distribute it within the platform (for the plaza, discovery feed and search indexing).
Prohibited conduct
You must not post content that is unlawful, infringing, pornographic, violent, harassing, hateful or spam, and must not abuse the API, mass-inflate metrics or disrupt the service. See the Community Guidelines for details.
Service and disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We strive to ensure availability but are not liable beyond what the law requires for interruptions caused by force majeure or third parties.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time; for significant changes we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
